SPECTRUM DEMAND MAY USHER IN NEW TECH (Vavasi Telegence is planning to launch next generation technology)(India Business Insight Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge) Indian telecom companies are expected to introduce new technologies to make use of the additional spectrum. Vavasi Telegence Ltd is planning to launch next generation technology, NG1, developed by Chinese companies. The company has applied for pan-India unified telecom access licence. Vavasi Telegence has entered into a tie-up with Measurements and Controls India Ltd to manufacture the equipment.
