IT Service Market Grows in 3G era


BEIJING, Jul 20, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- IT service outsourcing market will seek new opportunities for development thanks to the 3G era.

China's top three telecom operators announced their plans for capital expenses in 2009. According to investment proportion in the past, IT services will amount to CNY 10 billion.

The country's leading IT service provider Digital China Holdings Limited (SEHK: 0861) has successively joined hands with telecom carriers on online charging system (OCS), business support system (BSS), and so on.

3G value-added services and the establishment of operation analysis system, customer relationship management system, as well as IT service management system will grow fast during the years from 2007 to 2012, forecasted IDC. The IT solution sector of the telecom industry is expected to touch CNY 19.35 billion in 2012.




Digital China, which has long-term cooperation relationship with the country's top three telecom carriers, reaped operating revenues of HKD 42.326 billion and net profits of HKD 641 million for the fiscal year 2008-2009.
