The expected benefits are divided into two parts: - Part 1: Maintaining the Genesys software part of the solution "ORION" (excluding hardware and operating systems of the servers provided by Genesys La Poste) comprising mainly the following services: - The establishment of a maintenance support including pre-diagnosis, all interventions necessary to maintain the solution (correction remotely or on site if necessary) the provision and installation of software versions corrective the submission of a report on intervention operations. - Maintenance software package such as the establishment of a Media Access publisher and the provision of new versions of software. - Application maintenance including the implementation of technical assistance activities and functional as well as work study and development of the solution "ORION" for purposes such adaptive or evolutionary qu~étude and implementation of the interconnection Genesys with CallServer Aastra A5000 through converging towards the IP telephony solution. - Part 2: Maintenance of hardware and software PABX part of the solution "ORION" mainly comprising the following services: pre-diagnosis, all actions necessary to maintain equipment (correction remotely or on site if needed), replacement or repair of all parts, provision and installation of software versions, configuration check and restore if necessary, submission of a report on intervention operations. Segment 2 will end once the migration to IP telephony solution as specified above will be effective.
