Kitchen Brains® Announces Acquisition of Modularm Corporation

Kitchen Brains^® today announced that it has acquired the assets of Modularm Corporation, a leading manufacturer of innovative products designed to protect perishables, save energy and increase operator safety. The Modularm brand, like (FAST (News - Alert).)^® and SCK^® is synonymous with innovation, superior quality and outstanding customer support, all hallmarks of Kitchen Brains^®.

"This acquisition adds refrigeration and cold storage products to our portfolio, allowing us to more broadly serve our OEM and Chain Restaurant clients" said Tim Lane, vice chairman of the board.
