AT&T introduces 4G LTE in Macon

US communications holding company AT&T (NYSE:T) announced on Thursday the launch of its 4G LTE network in Macon, Georgia.
Now, with this launch, AT&T's 4G LTE network is available along I-75, including Warner Robins.
The benefits AT&T 4G LTE include, faster speeds, faster response time and more efficient use of spectrum.
Also AT&T offers several LTE-compatible devices, including new AT&T 4G LTE smartphones and tablets, such as the Sony Xperia TL, LG Optimus G, Samsung Galaxy S III, Motorola ATRIX HD, HTC One X, Nokia Lumia 920, Samsung Galaxy Note II, HTC One X+, Samsung ATIV smart PC and ASUS VivoTab RT.
Reportedly, over the past five years, AT&T invested over USD115bn into operations and into acquiring spectrum and other assets that have enhanced its wireless and wired networks. AT&T said that its investment has resulted in its 4G network , which delivers speeds up to 10 times faster than 3G, covering 288 million people.
