Supertech Limited, a certified Real Estate Company, has announced a new mixed-use development project which has been boldly titled "Supernova" at Sector 94, Noida. The grandeur project, which is planned across a 5 million sq. ft. area and has five towers, is easily the largest mixed-use development project in North India. Of these five towers, "Spira" is the tallest mixed-use development structure standing at 300 meters and featuring 80 floors. The new project has been designed with residences, service apartments, shopping malls, hotels, recreational centers and office space and has been fitted with the latest by way of modern conveniences.
In a release, RK Arora, Chairman and Managing Director of Supertech Limited, said, "With the dream of providing a world class architectural masterpiece, we are launching this spectacular project, which has five state-of-the-art world class towers including the India's tallest mixed use development that has 80 floors, which stands 300 meters high. Supernova's tallest tower Spira with its luxurious residences, suites, world class restaurant, and bar and two five star hotels is being pitted as one of the most iconic structures not just in India but also in the world. In addition, Spira has also been designed with a helipad, an observatory deck and exclusive club house and operates automated elevators.

Nova East and West, Supernova's adjoining towers have been fitted with state-of-the-art amenities and have been designed with a range of luxurious two and three BHK apartments and a shopping mall. Astralis, which has been designed with modern offices, redefines the new-age office environment with its landscaped terraces, restaurants, cafes, Cigar and Business lounge, state-of-the-art gymnasium and indoor swimming pool. Supernova's retail structure Aurora is a shopping haven featuring all the top brands in the world.
Radiance (News - Alert) Place which has three levels combines high street fashion with a wide range of global brands and food outlets along with entertainment sections and luxurious dining and podium rooftop gardens.
BENOY, London based architects, will handle the structural architecture and layouts as well as state-of-the-art amenities and utilities for Supernova. The project which has received the LEED - Green Building certification will be planned as per vaastu guidelines. Total project investment of Supertech has been slated at Rs.2000 Crore and the company is expecting to realize the Supernova project within a 48 month time frame.
