Call Genie Inks Multi-Year Contract with TATA Consultancy Services

Call Genie Inc., a provider of mobile search and advertising solutions, today announced the company has signed a ten year contract with TATA Consultancy Services in India to support a Southeast Asian telecommunications company, for deploying Call Genie's (News - Alert) CG InteractAgent and CG OpenAgent Search software.
The name of the telecommunications company is yet to be disclosed.
Tata Consultancy Services (News - Alert) has been providing a wide range of IT services, outsourcing and business solutions. As per the terms of this agreement, TATA Consultancy Services has agreed to manage the overall engagement including the initial deployment of Call Genie's solution and other day-to-day and long-term in-region maintenance.
Call Genie’s CG Interact (News - Alert) Product Line offers its customers the ability to deliver automated or operator assisted voice enabled solutions, mobile data search and delivery of information to phones from web sites. The company’s OpenAgent Search product leverages the Call Genie Open Integration Framework (OIF (News - Alert)) and offers a agent workstation with a flexible interface to a broad range of information.
Call Genie’s software will allow operators to efficiently search and access directory listing information for over 35 million subscriber lines.

The Company's ten year contract is basically to support Call Genie on implementation, license and ongoing maintenance.
