New Internet Service Provider in Southeast Asia Picks LogNet System's Customer Management and Billing Solution

LogNet (News - Alert) Systems, a company focused in offering customer management and billing solutions for multiple play service providers, has recently implemented its multiple play customer management and billing solution for a new Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Southeast Asia.



It is said that the new ISP in Southeast Asia picked LogNet Systems and its multiple play solution to enable a fully integrated multiple service environment from the launch of its service operations.

The new deployment will help the ISP to manage the customer management and billing activities for its entire portfolio of voice, data and value added services in a unified and efficient operational framework.

"Our message to service providers is that today there is no longer a need to use separate billing systems for each service," said Kirill Rechter, CEO of LogNet Billing. "We are pleased to deliver our new ISP customer in Southeast Asia with our multiple play solution and support its correct decision to build a fully integrated customer management and billing operation from the start of its operations."

The multiple pay solution from LogNet Systems provides single platform for handling the customer management and billing activities for user’s entire service portfolio. The multiple pay solution is based on company’s MaxBill (News - Alert) product suite that provides this new ISP in Southeast Asia the functionality for CRM, product catalog, order management, rating and invoicing along with the capability to offer bundled service packages.

"Multiple play and its operational benefits are high on the agendas of most service providers throughout Asia-Pacific," continued Rechter. "We see tremendous opportunities for our multiple play solution in the region and have strong expectations for continued growth."

LogNet Systems has also inaugurated new regional sales and support office in Bangkok, Thailand to support its growing customer base in the Asia-Pacific region.
